Charging interruption in XEV 9E

I hav a 3 years old Nexon Max driven 85k kms. Recently i bought a XEV 9E and installed a 22kW charger at my premises. Recently i came across an issue while AC charging (11kW) in my XEV 9E. While charging im seeing the charging abruptly stop sometime. While if i initiate the charge in the morning it, it resumes and went till 100%. The above issue inface is nt everytime rather occasionally in my 9E.

BE 6 pack 2

I purchased a BE6 pack 2 recently and went on a 250km drive and when i came back the battery was 18% and i left it with full charge. Company claimed it to be 460.
