Comprehensive Details: For 3rd free service below issues were given to Service advisor. None of the issues were resolved and car was declare as complete 1. Suspension issues - car suspension degraded subsequently as compared to initial 3 months 2. Software updates - All latest features are available in latest software version. Car was not updated to latest software. It was not all updated(car is on same version of 2nd service) 3. Car rear camera feed got blur(it was observed during 2nd servicing) it was supposed to replace with new one. Not done 4. Front left AC knob not working - Not resolved 5. During payment the invoice shared on whatsapp group did mentioned of upgradation of software(as it is free it does not matter from cost point of view but as service it shows its completed)Actual invoice given was not having service update point and only wheel balancing and filter change charges were mentioned 6. Changed filter(old) was not available in car upon asking service centre do not have answer and now i am doubting if its changes or not 7. Wheel balancing report also not available and shared with me so this service is also done or not i am not sure 8. Pick & drop was arranged during service booking, car was picked up but for dropping off the no driver was available with service centre. I need to go to service centre by cab at night 11.30pm as i am not having any alternate vehicle for my regular office travel 9. Vehicle was kept unattended for 1 day as service advisor was not available and hence total 3 days were required to my vehicle back. I need to travel by cab to office for 3 days due to Mahindra service centre not done there job on time. After all of this if vehicle is ready with software updates, camera unchanged, ac knob not resolved. It is really frustrating.

I have been saying for long: 1. Do not buy Tata or Mahindra 2. Do not buy EV. Ecosystem is not just car and charging infra. It is also the service for which the workforce is not trained and experienced enough.

Tom Sawyer And how does one gain experience? We definitely need more trained and proactive service personnel but it has to start from somewhere.

Tom Sawyer It seems like you stay in a bubble of your own. This service issue happens even in foreign brands. For EVs we do need to train the servicemen but that is true for all brands.

This is very unfortunate. I never recommend pick and drop for service. Always visit the service center and get things you asked for checked yourself in person. But they should have atleast updated the software. Sharing different invoices is fraud.

A few points 1. Take out time to get the service done in person. EV service doesnt take long. Always tell that you want replaced parts to be kept in boot 2. For software update, you should have asked for the screenshot of software version from SA

Mahindra needs to work proactively on elevating the service experience as service complaints are increasing post 1 year of the sale of new twins !!
