I had raised a complaint to HPCL regarding a charger on the HP petrol pump in Jaulakedindori, Nashik on the Agra Mumbai highway. The complaint was raised via the CPGRAMS app. I received the following response.

Maybe there is some hope we will see all chargers at fuel stations to be operational to reduce the charging station anxiety to nil. Others who face similar situations, should file their complaint on CPGRAMS.
