I bought zero footprint portable 7.4 kw ev charger.
It's not charging. The mcb gets tripped in 5 10 minutes.
Mcb is c40 
.. wire used was 6mm

Probably you are having lower voltage and wiring is heating up and mcb is tripping post wiring starts heating up and input current goes beyond tolerance power of MCB. What is the sizing of MCB
Maybe it's the voltage issue because it's fetching only 180 voltage. .. wiring is fine because i installed 6mm wire. So I must get a stabilizer to get better voltage?
How lengthy is the cable ?
1 meter is the 6mm wire cable. Charger cable is 5 meter long i guess.

I see you informed 6 sqmm. Also check the terminals if they are loose. Does your charger support lowering the power of amps? If yes try lowering amps as well and see if it still trips
Okay I will try. Yes zero footprint support it. But i don't know how to lower it.
Set amps to 25 .. What's your total meter load btw ?
Ohk I will try and than i would tell. Will a good stabilizer can work here?
Stabilizer is considered if the charger isn't able to handle the voltage and one is sure of the issue
Can you put another picture of the open distribution box 'Harson'?
Have you contacted the company or the service engineer who installed the charger?
