New EV Query

Harrier EV or XEV 9S or Emax7? Which one to choose

I am looking for a spacious EV. 7 seater is not a requirement but space is. I can fold the rear seat. I have test driven all 3. Emax7 feels good but low ground clearance could be an issue in my opinion with 5 on board and full boot. I know the XEV 9s is not on road but maybe other Mahindra EV owners can pitch in with their ownership experience.

Thanks

Aarush

Go for emax7 anyday

There's nothing simple about the emax7 it's a fully loaded car

Meherab Va I meant it does not look fancy but simple to the eye. The issue is the ground clearance. It feels like it will touch speed breakers when on full load.

Do not go for Mahindra Aarush. Have you not seen the recent incident with Venom Tech youtuber?
Aarush
Tom Sawyer I have faced similar issue with Hyundai. I think it is same across any manufacturer.

I own a Harrier QWD. Wonderful vehicle in almost all aspects. Negatives Bad tyres Bad service quality Poor QC These negatives can be managed if you have patience. Otherwise such a wonderful vehicle.

Santosh K What do you mean by bad tyres? Do they burst?
Santosh K
Aarush Good Year LOw Rolling Resistance Tyres which are supposed to be EV centric offer very bad grip and weak wall thickness. Can't be relied on wet roads.

I recently bought a BE6 based on suggestions received from members of this forum. Mine is pack 2 59kWh. Amazing car to drive in the city. There are some lags in the response of some buttons but those are not frequent. From your requirement it seems you will be planning some road trips. Though I am no expert in long road trips as I am not a fan, but Mahindra EVs seem very reliable. I have not driven XEV 9S honestly, but my BE6 drives like a beast. The control is amazing.

wakar Thanks Wakar. I have not driven the BE6 but I have been told it has the best drive of all Mahindra EVs. I have narrowed down to emax7 and 9S. Dropped Harrier plans after Santosh's experience with the tyres.
