I have driven both the cars and I like both of them. But I do not possess the technical knowledge to come to a decision. My use-case is single driven and only for going to office and coming back home which is 30km total distance. 7kw charger can be installed at my apartment. Which car will suit me in the long run?

Yes, then it's a pretty decent car for its price. Byd pack is a big plus!

I'll go ahead with vitara then. Nexon is good but service wise Maruti should fare better. Everyone is saying it is a decent car.

I bought the e VITARA on 5th April this year, and I've already driven 7,000+ km. After two free services, I can honestly say it has been a completely hassle-free experience with excellent service and care.
For long drives and even off-road conditions, the e VITARA handles beautifully. We've been using it regularly for our farm visits as well as interstate travel, and it has performed flawlessly throughout.
So far, I'm really happy with the ownership experience.

Since you've driven it and considering, I assume you're content with space.
One advantage Nexon holds over eVitara is the lifetime warranty for first owner. But Maruti offers BYD battery pack which is time tested.
Both are capable cars but for a worry free ownership experience — relatively eVitara may be better.
